By Parvum Opus for Bridie Hall
This triumphal arch is meticulously built by hand in the Parvum Opus Michigan bindery. Like their obelisks, this design is inspired by the souvenirs collected by travellers embarking on the Grand Tour in centuries past, with an eye to the classical proportions of the great triumphal arches in cities like Paris, Bucharest and Rome. Each arch is made from more than 60 hand-cut archival book boards and in collaboration with Bridie Hall, covered in the faux Malachite paper, painted by artist Ian Harper for Bridie and exclusive to Pentreath & Hall.
Dimensions: 9" tall, 8 1/4" wide, 3 1/4" deep.
