But this means we have an immediate vacancy. We are now seeking a highly experienced, personable and friendly full-time sales manager to help Bridie and me run our shop. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dedication, proven retail experience, a tremendous flair for visual merchandising, a keen attention to detail and will love working with people and customers, in a beautiful shop… with a significant media presence.
We’re afraid before you start dusting your CV’s and thinking about a life change – we really must must emphasise that the right person for us is passionate about retail and will be able demonstrate a very successful retail career. Juggling a million customers and pressing problems, at the same time as being prepared to work strange hours from time to time, and make the shop look stunning at all moments AND…. to make all of the above look effortless… is not a job for the faint hearted or inexperienced. But for the right person, it’s a great opportunity.
