Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, shipping costs are calculated automatically and can be seen at the checkout after the delivery address has been entered. Please note, for large or heavy items a 'Special Delivery' price will need to be obtained from the couriers. An invoice will be sent to you once we receive a quote.

How is the cost of delivery calculated?

Delivery costs are calculated by total order weight, and are inclusive of handling, packaging, courier charges and VAT at the standard UK rate.

How long does delivery take?

Domestically between 2 - 4  working days and internationally between 4 - 8 working days. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional longer delivery times. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.

How do I contact Customer Services?

We are a tiny team and during opening hours often helping customers in the shop, so please don’t be offended if we can’t always answer the phone. Emailing any enquiries to, will always be seen and acted on quickly.

Can I place my order by telephone?

Yes, we are happy to assist you with a phone order. Please contact us Monday–Saturday 10am-6pm on 020 7430 2526 and we will do what we can to make this easy for you.

Do I need to setup an account to make an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. But if you set up an account we will hold your billing and delivery details to make shopping easier next time. You can update your details at any time.

Can I buy gift vouchers online?

Yes, you can buy gift vouchers in the Gift Token department of the website, you'll find this in the Paper, Cards & Prints dropdown menu. 

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please send us an email to and we will sort it out as quickly as we can.

I’ve seen something I like on the website a while ago but can’t seem to find it now. Where is it?

Pentreath & Hall offer a lot of ‘one off’ and limited edition products and the chances are it’s been sold. It never hurts to get in touch with the shop directly to enquire as to whether another can be found, but to avoid disappointment, we recommend ‘striking while the iron is hot’.
