Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, shipping costs are calculated automatically and can be seen at the checkout after the delivery address has been entered. Please note, for large or heavy items a 'Special Delivery' price will need to be obtained from the couriers. An invoice will be sent to you once we receive a quote.
How is the cost of delivery calculated?
Delivery costs are calculated by total order weight, and are inclusive of handling, packaging, courier charges and VAT at the standard UK rate.
How long does delivery take?
Domestically between 3–5 working days and internationally between 5-10 working days. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional longer delivery times. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.

I’ve seen something I like on the website a while ago but can’t seem to find it now. Where is it?
Pentreath & Hall offer a lot of ‘one off’ and limited edition products and the chances are it’s been sold. It never hurts to get in touch with the shop directly to enquire as to whether another can be found, but to avoid disappointment, we recommend ‘striking while the iron is hot’.
