CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINES 2025
To guarantee delivery before Christmas please place your orders before these dates. We will continue to send out your orders after this but cannot guarantee delivery in time for the big day.
Domestic: 14th December.
International 4th December
A NOTE TO OUR AMERICAN FRIENDS: A lot has changed with international shipping and courier services in general this year particularly to the U.S. where we’ve been told there are huge backlogs in customs depots due to the new tariff implementations and unpaid fees. Please remember you will now have fees to pay on receipt of your order.
CLICK AND COLLECT FROM SHOP
A good reason to come and visit our shop... Order online and we will email you when it is ready for collection. Our Lambs Conduit Street shop is open Monday to Friday, from 11am to 6pm. Saturday 11am - 5pm.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
From £3.50, 5 - 7 working days - tracked parcel.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally the next working day. This increases in the lead up to Christmas, our busiest time of year. We are a very small team and work very hard, so we thank you for your patience.
If you need a quick delivery, please contact us by phone on 020 7430 2526 and we'll arrange a faster service for you.
Please note that for large or heavy items a shipping quote will be obtained from the couriers. A separate shipping invoice will be sent to you once we receive a quote. This is so that we can accurately quote and don’t under or over charge you.
INTERNATIONAL
From £10, from 10 - 12 working days depending on destination. Please note that standard international delivery is not available for all our products. However, if you need a quote for delivery outside the UK, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

LOSS AND DAMAGES
To minimise the possibility of breakages all items will be wrapped securely. Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the specified time please contact us on +44 (0) 20 72782772 or shop@pentreath-hall.com. If, for any reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. If you have any questions or queries, or any specific delivery requirements (such as fast delivery within the UK), please let us know.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.
To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to shop@pentreath-hall.com All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Also the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following: "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification" this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable quality, this includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.
