The very second posting on this blog was made what seems like a very long time ago, back in May 2009. How time flies! And I remembered that photograph when I was thinking about our little shop and how we’ve grown in the last two and a half years. I still love that happy undaunted shopkeeper in the middle of World War Two (and I still love our shutters).
As we approach our third birthday in November, the shop is getting busier and busier and we have a number of decoration projects starting this autumn and next Spring. Bridie will be launching her new range of home products in the autumn (watch this space). It feels like exciting times at Ben P towers.
Really sadly for us, Sophie’s going to be leaving for a new job at the end of the Summer and we need to recruit her replacement.
