Bridie Hall is currently looking for a full time Production Manager.
£27,000 – £30,000 per annum.
Within this role the successful candidate will be required to produce and finish Bridie Hall Ltd products, along with the packing and dispatching of wholesale orders to stockists, monitoring stock levels as well as maintaining a neat and tidy workshop.
The Production Manager would be experienced within the fields of design production and applied art, knowledge of lacquering, gesso, gilding and working to a production schedule is a considered advantage. They will be producing a broad range of products, primarily making Alphabet Brush Pots, decoupage plates, scented candles and intaglio and lacquered boxes.
The candidate must be conscientious, meticulous, capable of listening to and following instructions carefully and have excellent attention to detail. They must be capable of prioritising their workload and able to be confidently left alone to carry out their work. A tidy and methodical approach to work is of upmost importance.
This position is highly autonomous but as the business grows we hope to grow the team, therefore supervisory experience is advantageous. The right candidate will work hard towards achieving this business expansion.
A ‘can-do’ attitude is a must as tasks will be many and varied; prepare to roll your sleeves up!
The workshop is based in East London and shortly moving to Central London, nearer our interiors store Pentreath & Hall.
