This is taken from an antique bas-relief in marble originally in the collection of Richard Mead. Three coins of silver, copper and gold, with similar heads in profile to the right below.
Etching with some engraving.

English circa 1740-60
Framed in a painted frame by the renowned framers Sebastian d’Orsai Ltd. of Elizabeth St. London.
