P&H Creamware Obelisk Lamp

Inspired by classical design principles the new Pentreath & Hall Creamware Obelisk is taken from the wooden model of the public stone obelisk Ben designed in 2012 as a centrepiece for the South West Quadrant of King Charles III’s urban development Poundbury, in Dorset.

The P&H Creamware Obelisk Lamp is perfectly sized for a bedside or small side table or mantle  – these look wonderful as a single, and even better in a pair!

Classically proportioned with bands of intricate vermiculated rustication alternated with smooth, echoing the texture of the original stone design atop and egg & dart decorated plinth. Its transparent glaze finish highlights these details; the obelisk is slip cast using the finest creamy Cornish clay glazed and fired in Stoke on Trent.

Wired for the U.K.

Fitted with an aged bronze bayonet light fitting. Wired with a white silk braided flex with a white breaker switch. Works best with a 12" lampshade.
